Somers Avenue is a diverse mix of friendly folks that have one thing in common – following Jesus and trying to live by his teachings we learn through the Bible.  Whether you’ve been going to church for many years or have never been before our intent is to make everyone feel welcome and to meet your needs in any way we can.

It is our goal to make parking for our guests convenient and accessible.  Look for one of several parking spaces, on the west side close to the building, that are clearly marked for Guests.

Enter through our main lobby for information and assistance about classes, worship services or any question you have.  Greeters are there ready to serve you at the welcome center.

At Somers Avenue we love children and those who volunteer within our Children’s Ministry pour heart and time into creating an environment where kids can learn together and enjoy friendships.  Classes are offered for children from birth through 5th grade on Sunday mornings at 9am and Wednesday evenings at 7pm in our Activity Center.

Weekly Bible studies for middle and high school students grades 6-12 are offered Sunday mornings at 9am and Wednesday evenings at 7pm in the Activities Center.  It’s located behind the main building.  Devotionals are usually held Sunday night at 5:30pm.
